SHIPPING & RETURNS
Unproper.com ships to continental USA. We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed.
Delivery takes 2-6 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the U.S.

For 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. For returns please follow the steps as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please follow the steps below:
1. Simply email email@example.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
3. Once we contact you please package your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account.
